PROJECTS APPROVED BY THE BOARD F.Y-(2020-2021):
Focus of SM Corporation Ltd’s CSR and Sustainability activities shall be in the area within the local limit of the office at Guwahati. These area shall be deemed as ‘local area’ in the parlance of pursuing CSR and Sustainability initiatives. The total of CSR and sustainability budget would be spent in the local area.
The Board and CSR committee has decided to invest in local area for promoting preventive healthcare for undertaking CSR and accordingly the company has invested Rs.1032000 in Shree Marwari Databya Aushadhalaya for the F.Y 2020-2021.

The Board and CSR Committee has decided to invest in three different activities. First it has promoted employment enhancing vocational skills though Media Trust Assam , a registered CSR implementing agency and invested an amount of Rs.300000/-.
Secondly it has invested in flood relief activity as a part of CSR activity amounting to Rs.24324.
Thirdly it has invested in CARE U 365, a registered CSR implementing agency involved in activities like eradicating poverty , promoting education ,etc amounting to Rs.1200290/-.
